Summary

During the session the panel chairs provided an update from each of their stakeholder advisory panels, Helen Norris, Stakeholder Engagement and CSR Manager delivered a piece on stakeholder engagement reporting and the new annual report. Engagement will take place with other DNOs to understand and collaborate around approach to reporting. Michael Brainch, Managing Director, Create Clarity and Maxine Stiller, Insights Manager, delivered a session on Triangulation. Helen Daly, Stakeholder Engagement Manager, provided a regulation update and Ben Grunfeld, Strategy and Growth Director, provided an overview of the Storm response and the Storm Arwen reopener.
