Work plans, reports and updates
Our annual Incentive on Connections Engagement (ICE) work plans set out our actions for the year, following feedback from our stakeholders. For total transparency on our decision-making, all feedback that has not been translated into activities in our work plans is set out in our response documents, in which we explain our thinking and rationale.
We collect customer feedback during events, online surveys and telephone interviews to provide our customers with a variety of opportunities to share their views. We update and revise our reports annually to continue developing them following customer feedback. The latest customer feedback summary reports can be found below.
