Mark is responsible for getting our customers' power needs sorted, providing new connections, diverting our cables and overhead lines to facilitate development and providing solutions on customers' private networks.
Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in energy distribution, having joined Electricity North West’s predecessor, Norweb, in 1990. He is a chartered engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and the Institute of Directors.

Martin is Electricity North West’s Head of Business Connections. With over 38 years’ experience in the utility industry, Martin has spent the last ten years holding senior leadership roles in the Operations business.

Steffan Jones

Steffan joined Electricity North West in 2014 as the Infrastructure Solutions Manager, heading up both the Grid and Primary Connections team and the Asset Diversions team. During a career spanning 24 plus years he has worked in both heavy industry and commercial contracting roles as well as the electrical utility sector.
Working on projects as diverse as a Float Glass Factory on the outskirts of Moscow to diesel generator power plants in the Australian outback he looks to bring this experience to enhance the customer journey through out the delivery of Infrastructure Solutions projects.

John is the Infrastructure Solutions Programme Manager for our Grid and Primary Connections team. John is an Incorporated Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Registered member of the Association of Project Management (APM).
John and his team are responsible for the delivery of all new connections on the 33KV and 132KV networks, inclusive of all demand and generation projects.

Victoria joined Electricity North West in 2014 upon graduation from university. After working as a Bid Engineer for the last couple of years, Victoria has recently become the Grid and Primary Programme Manager, with her team responsible for issuing all generation quotations >1MW and all EHV demand quotations.

Adrian Devine

Adrian is responsible for looking after all electricity diversion and disconnection activities throughout the Electricity North West (ENWL) region.
Adrian joined The North Western Electricity Board (Norweb) as an apprentice electrician in 1987 and has since held a variety of roles over his 33 years with ENWL and it’s predecessors. His knowledge of all aspects of diversions and large network of contacts in the utility industry have resulted in him specialising in this activity for the past 15 years.

Matt has worked at Electricity North West for over 14 years. During this time he has held various roles within Connections from Design Engineer to Business Connections Manager.
Matt’s focus is now on design for demand and generation connections in Manchester, Stockport, Wigan, Bolton and the Peak District.

Tracey has worked at Electricity North West for over 32 years, holding various roles within the Connections business for the latter 24 years, from Design Engineer to Design, Delivery and Regional Manager.
Tracey currently leads a team responsible for the Design and Construction of new and modified connections for Demand and Distributed Generation customers on the low voltage (LV) and 11kV (HV) network, across the North of our region.

Simon manages and supports the Design and Delivery team for the central area, which is made up of a dedicated team of LV, HV Design Engineers and Connections assistants. Together his team helps to continually grow the business by providing high quality and innovative technical solutions that are followed through into delivery which supports an excellent customer experience.
Simon’s role is paramount to produce and implement strategic changes to our product offering of HV/LV connections to small business through to industrial and commercial customers to maintain and support the standards of Health and Safety as agreed across Electricity North West ensuring a safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Peter is the Business Development Manager for Business Connections. He is responsible for early engagement with customers, providing links, and offering support on their Low and High Voltage Connection journey.
Peter has over 20 years experience in Customer Sales & Management, in Energy Markets such as Oil & Gas, and Offshore Renewables (Wind, Wave, and Tidal Power).

Jonathan has worked as a delivery manager on the Business Connections team since joining Electricity North West in 2015 following a 20 year career in IT.
Jonathan is responsible for our competition in connections, asset adoption and connection contract teams, assisting Independent Connections Providers (ICP) to get connected to the network.
